Return Policy

Border Art Supplies will not accept return of merchandise or refund or offer a credit for an incorrect choice or change of mind.
Border Art Supplies will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or because of a packing error.
If you wish to return an item, please contact team@borderartsupplies.com.au to submit your return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and items must be returned in original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip).
Return shipping costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender.
